I’m Troy Fralich, but you can just call me ‘Tig’, the mighty master smoker at Tig’s Smokin’ Pig BBQ. Back in 2013, I had a burning desire to become a smoking expert. So, as a birthday gift, my wife whisked me away to a smoking class in the city. Little did I know, this would be the start of my smoky adventures.
We serve up an almost entirely smoked menu, paired with our very own delectable sauces. We’ve got three mind-blowing flavors of BBQ sauce, two tantalizing rubs, and we’re stocked in 17 stores across the area.
