Every project we choose to adopt is treated holistically and with the same attention to detail we would treat our own home or business place. 

After working as a contractor for nearly a decade, Dave Mesojedec started using spray foam to insulate his clients' homes. Over the course of three years, all the positive feedback he received was enough to convince him that there was something to this insulation product. He and his supplier often joked about Dave starting his own insulation business, but it wasn't long before Dave started to consider the idea seriously. 

Together with his father, Dave opened Northstar Insulating in 2003. Since then, they have completed well over 1,000 projects in the Northland. The Northstar team works on both commercial and residential buildings, and is a seasoned professional in both renovations and new builds. 

We utilize industry-recognized credentials and are also proud members of the Carpenters Local 361 Union, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Builders Association of Minnesota.
