Our advance registration is now closed.

Reserved ticket holders can make changes to their attendees.

Because meals were reserved, tickets cannot be refunded, however, you may substitute someone in your place.

Join the Hermantown Area Chamber for our State of Development Luncheon at Black Wood's Event Center in Proctor.

We're bringing back a favorite luncheon program! It's all about developing our region! Are we on the right track for infrastructure needs and communications? What are we seeing in the housing market, commercial real estate, and multi-unit dwellings?

We have a talented panel of individuals representing Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Property rentals, Residential Property Developers, Infrastructure Experts, and more. Find out what's happening in the Northland, what to be aware of - what to get excited about. We'd love for you to be part of the conversation! The event will be moderated, with plenty of time for questions from the audience and time to network. Speakers: Pat Malley, Duluthian Networks | Greg Follmer, Follmer Commercial Real Estate | Jamie Sathers-Day, J.S. Realty, Eric Johnson, City of Hermantown Community Development Director and Steve Paulson, Platinum Properties.

About the event:

Your registration confirmation is your ticket; all registered guests will be on a guest list at check-in.
All guests who register in advance will receive a reminder 48 hours prior.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
This event is being photographed and/or video recorded for archival and promotional purposes. You consent to be photographed and/or video recorded by attending or participating in this event.

Doors open at 11:30am, and the room is available until 2pm for networking for our members and guests.

Advance registration ends May 2nd and includes a custom name tag with a business logo for members. Registrations received afterward will receive a cute but very understated, "Hello, my name is" nametag. Your advance registration helps our small staff and caterer plan efficiently for this event, and we genuinely appreciate your help with that.
